Chanterelles

I'm back with good news about this years Chanterelles crop. I found enough for breakfast and tomorrow's too. Not to mention they were only 10 miles from home. Fresh Channies make great omelets. So I sauteed my bounty added some onion, bell pepper, potato, cheese and sausage. To this I added three well beaten eggs and yum yum yum. Brunch is served.
