Lunch meat


I remember a time when a bag full of fresh cooked burgers from a joint with gold arches and a walk-up window only cost a couple of dollars. Now you get 81 cents back from $5.00 for a .250 lb burger with cheese. That's ridicules. I guess rain forest beef must have gone up.
I have decided to stop purchasing fast food and plan my noon meals from things from my pantry. Check out what I spent this weeks budget on. Fresh home smoked Salmon and beef jerky. Not only did I save about $7.00 on the weeks lunches but I won't be driving half of my 30 minute lunch break ether... There is one down side, I will spend about 8 hours on Sunday curring and smoking my goodies.
