Today I purchased my first business insurance policy, hired a artist to paint the logo for Dexter Dan and ordered other signs. I also chatted with a health inspector and closed a few more doors. Oh and then there was the lentils which I cooked up for the first time ever. That's because I need a vegan dish for my menu. One of my vegan friends mentioned lentile soup as a favorit. So it's lentils for dinner tonight. Yum yum yum.
