Well yesterday I had my pre -open and warehouse inspection from the county health inspector, Amy. Amy was as nice as could be but under that facade I detected a stern task master with an eye and ear for details. She didn't miss a thing and even baited me a little with trick statements. In the end I passed both inspections with flying colors and so, as of yesterday 04-06-10, I own a real 'Mom and Pop" hot dog stand.
The next goal I have is to sign the lease with the folks at the mall. That should happen eighter Thursday or Friday. Opening day is scheduled for 10:00am 04-20-10.
